Yoga Foundation

A slower-paced class focused on the fundamentals of yoga. You will learn basic poses, breathing techniques, and alignment principles with clear guidance before gradually linking them into a simple flowing sequence.

Yin & Stretch

A slow, quiet practice that combines Yin Yoga with deep functional stretching. Floor-based poses are held for longer to help release deep tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system.
