Terms, Booking, Refund & Package Policy
By accessing our website, creating an account, making a booking, purchasing a class or package, or attending a class at Norm Studio, you agree to the terms below.
General
Norm Studio offers yoga and wellness classes for general movement, fitness, and wellbeing.
Our classes, instructors, and communications are intended for general educational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We reserve the right to update our schedule, instructors, services, prices, and policies where necessary.
Bookings
Bookings may be made through our website booking system, WhatsApp, or other approved channels, subject to availability.
Students are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during booking is accurate and complete.
Payment
Full payment is required before class unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- bank transfer
- e-wallet
- cash on site
Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received, except where a booking is specifically accepted on a cash-on-site basis.
All prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless otherwise stated.
Norm Studio reserves the right to release or decline unpaid bookings where necessary.
Single Class Cancellation and Rescheduling
Students may cancel or reschedule a booked class up to 12 hours before the class start time.
Where cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 12 hours before class, the class credit will be returned to the student’s account and may be used for another booking within 1 month.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class, or failure to attend a booked class, will be treated as a late cancellation or no-show and are non-refundable.
Refunds for Single Class Purchases
Single class purchases are refundable within 1 day from the time of purchase, subject to a 10% administrative fee, provided the class has not already been used.
After this grace period, single class purchases are non-refundable, and the cancellation or rescheduling rules above will apply.
Studio Cancellation
If Norm Studio cancels a class, the student will be entitled to a full refund or another reasonable replacement arrangement at our discretion.
Packages
Norm Studio currently offers the following packages:
- 4 Classes Package – RM140 / 30 days
- 8 Classes Package – RM240 / 30 days
- Unlimited Classes Package – RM400 / 30 days
- Private Class 8 Classes Package – RM1200 / 30 days
All packages:
- are valid for 30 days
- are activated upon purchase
- are non-transferable
- may only be used by the registered purchaser
Package Refunds
Packages are refundable within 1 day from the time of purchase, subject to a 10% administrative fee, provided the package has not already been used.
After this grace period, packages are non-refundable.
Illness, Injury, and Package Freeze Requests
In cases of illness or injury, Norm Studio may, at its sole discretion:
- allow a temporary freeze of the package, or
- offer a partial refund
Such requests must be supported by appropriate medical documentation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Expiry and Unused Credits
Unused package entitlements and stored class credits will expire at the end of their applicable validity period unless otherwise approved by Norm Studio in writing.
User Accounts
Where a user account is created on our website, the account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details and for any activity carried out under the account.
Norm Studio reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary for security, misuse, policy breach, or operational reasons.
Participation and Liability
Participation in any class remains the student’s own responsibility. Students are expected to assess their own suitability, practice within their limits, and follow instructor guidance at all times.
Students may also be required to complete a separate Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk form before attending class.
Personal Belongings
Norm Studio is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged at the studio.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including branding, text, logos, images, and materials, belongs to Norm Studio unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.
Right to Refuse Service
Norm Studio reserves the right to refuse bookings, deny entry, remove participants, or discontinue services where necessary for safety, misconduct, policy breach, operational reasons, or the wellbeing of others.
Updates to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version published on our website will apply.
